The opportunity
We're expanding into Saskatoon and Regina and looking for personable, self-driven Field Technology Advisors to be the friendly first face of MGR in the community. You'll visit local business owners, have a relaxed conversation about the technology they use today, understand their day-to-day frustrations and what they'd love to automate — and book a free 30-minute discovery session with our solutions team. You open the door; our team takes it from there.
Who you'll be meeting
Owner-operated businesses of roughly 1–75 people, such as:
- Dental, medical and physiotherapy clinics
- Law, accounting and bookkeeping firms
- Real-estate and insurance brokerages
- Marketing, design and consulting agencies
- Veterinary clinics, salons and spas
- Boutique retailers, cafés and hospitality venues
- Trades and home-service businesses
What you'll do
- Visit and build rapport with local business owners and decision-makers
- Run a short, guided needs conversation (we give you the checklist)
- Note what they use now, their pain points and their automation/AI wish-list
- Book confirmed discovery appointments for our solutions team
- Represent MGR honestly and professionally in your city
You're a great fit if you
- Know the Saskatoon or Regina business community — or simply love meeting people
- Are comfortable starting a warm conversation and listening well
- Are organized, reliable and self-motivated
- Have some customer-facing, sales or hospitality background (an asset, not required)
- Have a vehicle and a valid driver's licence
What you'll earn
- $50 for every confirmed appointment you book with a qualified business
- Additional earnings for every business that goes on to become an MGR client — the more you help us grow, the more you make
- Uncapped and performance-based, with flexible hours you set yourself
