Nothing on this Site is an offer, quotation or binding commitment. Prices, availability and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation or agreement. Our online store (the "Shop", including any storefront we operate such as mgrinfotech.net/shop) is powered by Shopify. Placing an order is an offer by you to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may refuse or cancel any order — including after it is placed — for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing, description or stock, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. A contract of sale forms only when we confirm the order has shipped. All orders are for lawful business or personal use in Canada.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice; applicable taxes (e.g. GST/PST) and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers, not by MGR. MGR does not collect, transmit or store full payment-card numbers on its own systems. Card processing is handled by providers that maintain PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 compliance — the highest level — through Shopify's certified checkout. We handle personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA and the Saskatchewan consumer-protection and privacy framework, and our commercial email follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Some items are fulfilled directly by our manufacturers, distributors or third-party suppliers (drop-shipping), so shipments may arrive separately and delivery times may vary by supplier and destination. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; we are not liable for delays, non-delivery or loss caused by incorrect address details, carrier issues, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Our returns policy is deliberately strict. We accept returns only for items that are genuinely defective or faulty — dead on arrival, or failing due to a confirmed manufacturing defect — as verified by our inspection and/or the manufacturer. The following conditions apply:

The Site and Shop rely on and may link to third-party services (including Shopify) and websites. We provide these for convenience and commerce only and are not responsible for their content, products, services, availability or practices. These Terms and any purchase from the Shop are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts sitting in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Shop or any product, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
